המדיניות הזו מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף כשאתם גולשים באתר atarogroup.co.il של ATÁRO ומה נעשה בו. אנחנו פועלים לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981, ותקנותיו, כולל תיקון 13.
מה האתר אוסף
- אין טפסים, הרשמה או אזור אישי. האתר לא מבקש מכם שם, טלפון או דוא״ל.
- אין קובצי Cookie למעקב, פיקסלים פרסומיים או רימרקטינג.
- סטטיסטיקת ביקורים כללית: אנחנו משתמשים ב־Cloudflare Web Analytics. השירות סופר ביקורים ועמודים בצורה מצרפית, בלי קובצי Cookie ובלי לזהות אתכם אישית.
- אחסון מקומי בדפדפן: האתר שומר במכשיר שלכם (localStorage) רק את שפת התצוגה שבחרתם, עברית או אנגלית. המידע הזה לא נשלח אלינו, ואפשר למחוק אותו בהגדרות הדפדפן.
כשאתם פונים אלינו
אם תבחרו לכתוב לנו בוואטסאפ או לשלוח דוא״ל, נקבל את מה שתמסרו: שם, מספר טלפון או כתובת דוא״ל ותוכן הפנייה. נשתמש במידע הזה רק כדי לענות לכם ולטפל בפנייה. לא נמכור אותו, לא נעביר אותו לצד שלישי לשיווק ולא נשלח לכם דיוור בלי הסכמה.
הפנייה עוברת דרך השירות שבחרתם: WhatsApp (חברת Meta) או תיבת הדוא״ל שלנו ב־Google Workspace. כל אחד מהשירותים האלה פועל גם לפי מדיניות הפרטיות שלו.
אחסון ותשתית
האתר מאוחסן ב־Cloudflare Pages. כמו כל שרת, Cloudflare מעבדת נתונים טכניים של הגלישה, כמו כתובת IP וסוג הדפדפן, לצורך אבטחה, הגנה מפני תקיפות ותפעול. האתר נטען רק בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS).
קישורי הקונספטים מובילים לאתרי הדגמה שלנו באותו דומיין. קישורים לשירותים חיצוניים, כמו וואטסאפ, כפופים למדיניות של אותם שירותים.
הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, אם מסרתם לנו מידע בפנייה, אתם רשאים לעיין בו, לבקש לתקן אותו או לבקש שנמחק אותו. אפשר גם לבקש שנפסיק לפנות אליכם. נטפל בבקשה בתוך 30 יום.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit atarogroup.co.il (ATÁRO) and what we do with it. We follow the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, and its regulations, including Amendment 13.
What the site collects
- No forms, sign-up or personal area. The site does not ask for your name, phone or email.
- No tracking cookies, advertising pixels or remarketing.
- Aggregate visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and pages in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.
- Local storage in your browser: the site stores only your chosen display language (Hebrew or English) on your device (localStorage). It is not sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
When you contact us
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send: your name, phone number or email address and your message. We use it only to reply and handle your request. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or send you marketing without your consent.
Your message travels through the service you chose: WhatsApp (Meta) or our Google Workspace mailbox. Each of these services also has its own privacy policy.
Hosting and infrastructure
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any server, Cloudflare processes technical browsing data, such as IP address and browser type, for security, attack protection and operations. The site is served over encrypted connections only (HTTPS).
Concept links lead to our own demo sites on the same domain. Links to external services, such as WhatsApp, are subject to those services’ policies.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, if you gave us information when contacting us, you may review it, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. We handle requests within 30 days.
